Never being able to master the art of making risotto, I risotto (‘resort to’ geddit?) ordering it almost every time I set foot into an italian restaurant! So… I certainly could not miss it while in Italy right? Of course not!
I love the comforting feeling risotto gives – it’s my rice fix for when I’m away. With 6 packets of risotto now in my larder, I think I’d better pluck up some courage and get down to risotto making soon!
